「黒い薔薇」には多くの意味が込められてきました。

私にとっての黒い薔薇のダークな美しさは、勇気、抵抗、そして自由を意味します。

この思いを表現するために、私はアイルランドに伝わる美しい抵抗の歌で、「可憐な黒い薔薇」を意味する『ロイシン・ダブ』という曲を選びました。

北アイルランドのフルート奏者で、同国随一のスロー・エアー・フルートの名手、キーレン・カーリンによる演奏です。

“BLACK ROSE”

There are many meanings of Black Rose throughout history.

For me, the dark beauty of the black rose symbolises courage, resistance and freedom.

To express this feeling, I chose the beautiful resistance song from Ireland,

Roisin Dubh, which means little black rose. It is played by Ciaran Carlin,
a flautist from Northern Ireland,

national champion of the slow air flute.
